My November mainly consisted of me trying to adjust to the cold, taking advantage of festive shopping offers and getting excited for Christmas. Here is a list of my favourite finds of the month 🙂
I absolutely adore Benefit perfumes! They are very much on the pricey side for such a small bottle, but on special occasions and nights out it makes you feel amazing. I prefer sweet and fruity scents over musky ones, so Benefit’s ‘Sofia’ is perfect for me! Have a quick browse through Benefit’s perfumes here.
Everyone needs a snuggle and a cup of tea in the cold winter season. Last month, I was completely obsessed with Twinings’ pineapple and grapefruit green tea. It is a really subtle but yummy flavour, gives a great boost of energy and has lots of health benefits too (Yippeee!)
Bourjois colour edition 24 hour cream eyeshadow has to be my favourite make-up discovery of last month. It is so shimmery and festive and looks absolutely amazing with minimal effort. The shadow is so versatile: it can be used as a base and will keep your eye make-up on all day, as a shimmery highlight in the corner of your eye, or just on its own for a pop of colour. I urge you to make use of Boots’ great offers this Christmas and get your hands on one, you wont regret it!
Living in a student house is so freezing and waiting for the kettle to boil for hot water bottle feels a bit mundane. My boyfriend recently got me this cute hedgehog hottie from Dorothy Perkins and I totally love it. You pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds and then you’re good to go! It has a wonderful lavendery scent too so is very relaxing before bed time.
All candle lovers rave about Yankee candles as they are so long-lasting and can fill a big room with an amazing scent. My favourite November candle has to be this apple and pine needles one as it has really got me in the mood for Christmas. Yankee are having new special offers up every day until Christmas, so keep your eye out on their website for some bargains here.
As some of you may know, I am crazy about The Body Shop and already own lots of their body butters. They are super moisturising and smell incredible. I’m a bit addicted to ginger, so could not pass up the opportunity for this festive body butter. The Body Shop have also released ginger scented hand cream which I would recommend to spruce up dry and chapped hands this season.
Finally, no girl’s make-up bag is complete this Autumn/Winter without a plum lipstick. Rimmel’s Moisture Renew Lipstick in Dark Night Water-loops is my favourite because of its dark pigmentation. Your bank balance wont take that much of a hit either, as you can purchase it for only £6.49 here.
