I challenge anyone to look at this sparkly ball of amazing indulgent-ness and not smile. Yes I really did use all them adjectives in one sentence. It is dreaded exam season, which is already draining me. I had my first exam yesterday and have been feeling a bit low about it, so decided to use this bath bomb I have been saving for a rainy day.
Initially, I was reluctant to use this product because I was worried I would be coated head to toe in glitter, and would need another bath just to get rid of all the sparkle. However, as it dispersed into the bath the glitter particles were minute and did not stick to me one bit.
Space Girl turns the bath a gorgeous pink colour and smells fruity and sweet. I really enjoyed the bath bomb because it didn’t smell too strong or sickly, and was more subtle and relaxing. I have to say, I’m more obsessed by Lush bubble bars as I love the effect they create in the bath, but I was still really impressed with how indulgent it felt using Space Girl.
Lush claim that the grapefruit oil within Space Girl is what produces the refreshing and uplifting effect. Even though I’m unsure about all this scientific stuff, I can genuinely say that it perked me up and made me feel relaxed after such a stressful day yesterday.
I am thrilled to say this is another Lush product that I am enamoured with. I’m considering doing a Top 5 Lush product post if any of you guys would be interested in reading that?
Thanks for reading everyone and I hope you enjoy the bank holiday weekend 🙂
